Archery at Wolf Gap
Wolf Gap will offer Homeschool Archery classes again this fall, as well as an Open Range time for all archers over the age of 6.
Archery will be held Friday afternoons from September 5 - November 22.
Registration for classes will close September 1, or when the classes are filled. Open Range is a drop-in time.
Young Archers
Fridays 1-2pm
Grades 1-3
*adult required to stay
NASP Archery
Fridays 2-3pm
Grades 4-12
Class fees
$75 first archer
$50 ea add’l archer
Includes free open range time
Open Range
Fridays 3-4pm
$5/archer
Open to anyone over the age of 6. Adult required to stay with children under 9.
This is not an instruction time. Archers utilizing Open Range should have some basic knowledge.
Archery equipment is provided. Archers may bring their own Original Genesis Bows to use during class. Recurve bows are allowed during Open Range. Only provided arrows may be used.
Mrs. Rosie is a NASP certified archery instructor. The National Archery in the Schools Program promotes instruction in international-style target archery as part of in-school curriculum, to improve educational performance and participation in the shooting sports among students in grades 4-12.

After their first term, students in grades 4-12 will be eligible to participate in NASP competitions, if they choose. They may compete in Alabama and Tennessee tournaments. Archers are responsible for their own tournament fees and travel.
